We had a great time and your home was as nice as you described it. My
son and I really enjoyed playing Southern Dunes. We also played
Diamondback in Haines City. The trip was a great success except for the footballgame!
If we go back to Orlando I will check to see if your villa is
available.

Just wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay in your Haines City villa this past week.....we had a WONDERFUL time, and really enjoyed the use of your home. The weather started off a little chilly, but ended up beautiful the last several days - we got in a Yankees spring training game, Sea World, and Cypress Gardens. The kids had a BLAST in your pool - perfect size for us, and we were glad to have the heater!

We had a very good stay at your villa & found everything to be satisfactory. You may be interested to know the pool maintenance guy stopped by once each week to check on it & the lawn service came by & cut grass at least once while we were there. Trash pick up occurred each Friday as expected.
The pool water temperature was satisfactory while we were there so we did not need to have the heater turned on.
We left around 9AM 4-7-07 after making sure everything was in good shape, including putting the dishes in the dish washer & turning it on before we left. We locked all doors & placed the key in the lock box as we left.
Hopefully your local management has reported the unit was found in good condition after we left & the $ 450 damage security deposit we paid can be promptly refunded.
