Southern Dunes Golf Course is located on the estate and is rated as a 4 stars plus course. It has its own club house with bar and restaurant serving good priced and delicious food.

The course itself is an 18 hole championship course (with a few bunkers!) and there are a variety of tees on the holes depending on your handicap and ability. Other Facilities on Site

Tennis Courts - Two well kept tennis courts are located next to Lake Joe at the front of the complex. They are available for use by all guests - there is no charge.

Swimming Pools - there are three great pools for use around the estate. Again no charge.

Fitness Centre - A small centre is available in Forest Hills Lane.

Fishing - Bring you fishing rod and try out some Bass fishing at Lake Joe.
