Luxury Accommodation
Bedrooms. The property has 3 good sized bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen sized bed and TV. It has an en-suite bathroom with luxury shower and storage cupboard. The bathroom leads onto a large walk-in closet. Bedroom two has a double bed and large built-in wardrobe. Bedroom three has two single beds and a large built-in wardrobe. Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. Bed linen and towels (for use in the house) are supplied.
Kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with large electric cooking range, microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee maker and fridge/freezer with ice maker. Through an adjacent door, located in the garage are the washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The dustbins are stored in here.
Living/Dining Room. There is a large living room with two large sofas, coffee tables and digital television with cable TV (over 200 channels). There is a dining area with table and chairs to seat six people. There are two additional chairs at a breakfast bar. A downstairs bathroom with toilet and sink.

The Pool. Swimming pool (which can be heated for a small additional charge) which is fully enclosed with mesh to protect from unwelcome insects and provide some protection from the sun. Patio furniture, including two sun loungers, is provided. There are door alarms on the rear and patio doors – these can be switched on to help supervise young children.
