Kokomo Loop, Haines City

Our lovely Florida Home was built in 2004 and is situated on Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club.

It is situated on the quiet road of Kokomo Loop within walking distance to the clubhouse. It is one of a few two storey homes on the estate.

The home has great facilities as you will find. To come home from a long day at Disney it’s great just to chill out around the pool.

We hope that you enjoy your stay in the villa and please make yourself welcome.

Location

Southern Dunes is just a 20 minute drive from Disney World but has a tranquil atmosphere – a perfect retreat after an exhausting day in the parks. Sea-world, Universal and Cypress Gardens are also just a short drive away. The Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral and Cocoa beach are approx 45 minutes drive away. Daytona (with the famous race track and beach that you can drive on) is just over 1 hour away. If you head West towards the Gulf of Mexico you will find Tampa, Clearwater (with white powder sandy beaches and warm sea) and St Petersburg. Clearwater is approx 90 minutes drive.
